This is available face to face or online for organisations, businesses, and established voluntary or community groups.
Public events and training will be advertised on Eventbrite and this will give the public the opportunity to attend as an individual.
St Helens Wellbeing service provide opportunities for training and are a non-clinical signposting service
Zero Suicide Alliance training is delivered by the St Helens Mental Wellbeing Team
5 Ways to Wellbeing | Easy ways to be happier, healthier and more able to cope especially when things aren’t going great. |

Self-harm this is aimed at proffessionals working with young people to Understanding self-injury and self-harm, why it is important to recognise signs and symptoms of Self-injury and Explore ways to help people deal with self-injury and more |

An in depth understanding of mental health and factors that can affect wellbeing (Charges may Apply) |
Mental Health First Aid Refresher Training |
Training aimed at individuals who have competed the MHFA training and need updating after 3 years. |
Zero Suicide Alliance (ZSA) Suicide Awareness Training |
FREE online training course. Through ZSA 20 minute Suicide Awareness Training, you will gain skills and confidence to help someone who may be considering suicide |
Zero Suicide Alliance (ZSA) – Student edition |
This Student Edition of the ZSA Suicide Awareness training has been developed specifically for university students, and includes information and scenarios that are related to experiences at university |
Zero Suicide Alliance (ZSA) – Veteran edition |
Developed with Help for Heroes, the aim of this slightly longer (30 minutes) Veteran Edition of the ZSA Suicide Awareness training is to provide you with practice in handling difficult situations where a person may be at risk of suicide. |
Zero Suicide Alliance (ZSA) - Autism edition |
This Autism and Suicide Awareness Training of the ZSA Suicide Awareness training for people who are 16 and over. This course has been developed for anyone to take the training, but we particularly recommend you take the training if you are part of the autistic community or work with autistic people. |
