Eating Well 1–4 year olds
Eating Well 1-4’s - Sensory Play Program
Some children are more sensitive to new flavours, tastes, and textures so it can take them longer to adapt to different food types.
St Helens Wellbeing Service are running a new 4-week programme to encourage children to explore a variety of foods by introducing and exposing them to the different food groups making it as fun!
The program is a great way for your child to learn about new foods by touching, seeing, and smelling them without the pressure of eating!
