Cruse Bereavement Care aims to promote the wellbeing of bereaved people and enables anyone bereaved to understand their grief and cope with their loss. Call FREE 0808 808 1677 every weekday for someone to talk to.  Opening hours vary.

Butterflies provide support for Adults, Children and Young People affected by bereavement and loss (such as divorce and family separation). Call 0151 488 6648 Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm or email enquiries@listening-ear.co.uk 

Child Bereavement UK helps children, young people, parents and families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. Call 9am to 5pm on-Fri for FREE on 0800 028 8840 for their Helpline (closed weekends and bank hols) or email  helpline@childbereavementuk.org. Bereavement Support Payment  You may be able to get Bereavement Support Payment if your husband, wife or civil partner died in the last 21 months. You must claim within three months of your partner's death to get the full amount.  You can claim up to 21 months after their death but you'll get fewer monthly payments.
