Health Trainers 1- 1 support including personal health plans and behaviour change planning to reduce risk to health long term 16 +
Local Health Checks targeting people in priority areas and vulnerable groups within the borough to receive a health check to help with early identification of risks to health and help prevent long term conditions. For example, where high blood pressure is identified early, we can help reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease.

Getting Active
Me and my girls have really enjoyed the class after school, it is fun for all the family to get involved in. We've learnt a lot about healthy eating and things we shouldn't be eating. It's fun and free! Really enjoyed it.
